In 1999, Doug founded AME Nutrition, and in 2022, he launched Never Better Foods, a brand committed to developing and producing high-quality, great-tasting, and top 9 allergen-free plant-based foods. Doug's passion and leadership are at the heart of our mission to promote health and sustainability through innovative plant-based products.

Bryan Keys is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in procurement and team building. As the Head of Procurement at Earthjustice, Bryan plays a vital role in supporting the organization's mission to achieve lasting environmental protections. He is an expert in reducing costs, optimizing contracts, and boosting sales and profits through strong analytical, budgeting, and negotiating skills.

Bryan is known for his ability to develop global sourcing strategies that deliver significant cost savings and total cost of ownership benefits. He manages the entire procurement process, setting supplier KPIs to ensure quality and performance, and conducting risk and value analyses to optimize outcomes. Faheem Lord brings a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset to our board. As the Associate Director at Exelixis, he is passionate about building strong stakeholder relationships and implementing successful sourcing strategies.
